Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to reschedule your consult you will need to contact a minimum of 12 hours before your session start time. Any deposits or fees collected up front are non-refundable and go towards the cost of time set aside for the consultation. If you do not contact to reschedule at least 12 hours before your session, you are liable to lose both the deposit and time and would need to schedule a new consultation subject to a new deposit. You may reschedule your session up to 2 times before forfeiting the deposit in full and thus needing to schedule a new session.
